As a customer service consultant, you will be responsible for handling business customer inquiries over the phone and chat, as well as providing pre-sales consulting support for a leader in the operating systems industry 💻.

We offer cooperation through a temporary employment agency.

We will test your level of Hebrew and English.
We'll check how you handle the computer and deal with customers (no worries, both tests are short :)).

Wymagania

Obowiązkowe

Very good knowledge of Hebrew language - C1 level
Good knowledge of English language - B2 level
Computer and MS Office package proficiency
Open and communicative mindset, creativity and empathy
General knowledge of IT (Windows system)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to prioritize, ability to multitask
High level of personal culture and a proactive and positive approach to customers

Mile widziane

Previous experience in sales or customer service will be an asset
Knowledge of sales techniques

Zakres zadań

Handling inbound calls and live chat inquiries from Microsoft customers
Researching customer needs and providing pre-sales advice
