Do you have experience in customer service or are you looking for your first professional experience? Are you comfortable with social media and would like to become a customer support agent for a world-renowned brand? We look forward to receiving your application!
 

Your job will be to answer emails and chat inquiries from customers of a well-known social media brand. In the future, you may also be handling calls from customers.

• You have upper intermediate English skills (B2)
• You are available for 3 weeks of implementation training (start: 29.04.)
• You are available for a minimum of 140 hrs and 2 weekends per month
• You have excellent computer skills (including typing speed)
• You are interested in stationery mode (Maraton, Królowej Jadwigi 43, Poznań) 

We offer:

• Fully paid implementation training
• Contract of mandate for an indefinite period of time
• Hourly rate of PLN 29 gross/hour
• Demand from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00
• Modern office in the center of Poznań
