As a customer service consultant, you will be responsible for handling business customer inquiries over the phone and chat, as well as providing pre-sales consulting support for a leader in the operating systems industry 💻.
We offer cooperation through a temporary employment agency.

Wymagania
Obowiązkowe
- Very good knowledge of Czech language - C1 level
- Good knowledge of English language - B2 level
- Computer and MS Office package proficiency
- Open and communicative mindset, creativity and empathy
- General knowledge of IT (Windows system)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to prioritize, ability to multitask
- High level of personal culture and a proactive and positive approach to customers
- Previous experience in sales or customer service will be an asset
- Knowledge of sales techniques
Zakres zadań
- Handling inbound calls and live chat inquiries from Microsoft customers
- Researching customer needs and providing pre-sales advice
