As a customer service consultant, you will be responsible for handling business customer inquiries through two support channels: phone ☎️ and email ⌨️ for the leader in the operating systems industry 💻.

We offer cooperation through a temporary employment agency.

We will test your English language level.
We will invite you to an online meeting with operations representative to check your technical skills.
You will attend the final interview with with the participation of the project supervisor.
You will receive feedback from us, regardless of the result of the recruitment 📲.

Wymagania

Obowiązkowe

Good knowledge of English (B2)
Skilled in the use of a computer and Windows 10
Knowledge of MS Office 365 programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mile widziane

Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Zakres zadań

Handling telephone and email inquiries from Microsoft customers
